About Kimberly:

Kimberly Hebert has worked this valley from the Canadian border to the Idaho border.  Her experience and education span over 29 years.   She got her license at the age of 18 in Sacramento California; with Real Estate being the family business.  While her friends were busy at Folsom Lake water skiing in the mist of the normal heat waves; she was holding open houses with no air conditioning.  For those of you that were around and selling Real Estate back then the interest rates were in the 17 to 20’s.  This made selling Real Estate a bit challenging.    My creative mind for making deals work is a trait I must give credit to my late father for and the difficult times in the late 70’s -80’s.

I have been working this valley for 15 years.

My clients know I give my all; it’s the athlete in me.  I have been known to take my listings with me on trips to the Bay Area and pass out flyers at the local Real Estate meetings.  The trips were not used for any write offs.  My clients keep in touch and send me Christmas cards.  I had one family even start calling me Auntie Kim.
